Group Room / Main Room (36ft x 15ft)

• A light and airy room with peaceful energies, overlooking moorlands.
• Can seat up to 30 people.
• Tastefully decorated and carpeted.
• Ample provision of cushions and seating make this an ideal room both for healing and meditative events.
• Tables are also provided when required for meetings, training, courses or seminars.
• Limited kitchen facilities.
• Easy access for disabled persons, toilet facilities, wide-door access for wheel chairs, there are no steps or stairs to negotiate, a wheelchair is available upon request.
• Buffet style lunch and refreshments can be provided.
• Projector/Flip chart can be provided upon request.
• Patio doors open into garden which can be used for outside courses and workshops.........weather permitting!
• A private and safe car park.
• Please note that the group room is not really suitable for dance workshops

• Therapy couch in each treatment room.
• Washbasin in each room .
• Waiting room opens on to garden area.

There are wonderful, peaceful healing energies here.... The whole of Malindi Centre can be viewed as a venu for hire for whatever your needs...........

Rental Options & Charges (All inclusive of electricity)

Therapy Rooms	All Therapy rooms available to book from 10am to 9pm Monday to Sunday	£6 per hour And for part of hour

Room hire for carmarthenshire, cardiganhire, Velindre, Tanglwst, Cynwyl Elfed, Newcastle Emlyn, area and all local villages.

Terms of Agreement

General
Bookings are regarded as provisional only until they are confirmed in writing and with a non-returnable deposit of 50% of the total payable. The balance outstanding must be paid to Malindi Centre before the event.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Malindi Centre and the premises are not licenced for alcoholic drinks.
Overnight sleeping is not allowed in the centre.
Please treat rooms with respect and keep them tidy.
Candles cause damage. The hirer is responsible for the careful use of candles in the room. All candles must be placed in bowls. Do not place night lights on the carpet.
Any wax spillage must be removed by the hirer.
No item may be attached to the painted walls or the wooden rails.
No drawing pins may be used on doors or woodwork
The hirer must inform the owner of the removal of any equipment of fixtures from the rooms. Any damage caused by mishandling is the responsibility of the hirer.
The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage resulting from events.
Students must be made aware of fire procedure and exits.

Group Room
The group room is not suitable for dancing or heavy movement.
The group room is available on an 'as seen, as is' basis.
The use of a small kitchen is included in the hire. Please keep it clean and tidy.
Beverages can be supplied upon request.
Group room to be vacated by 10.15pm.
The hirer must ensure that participants are fully aware of any relevant conditions.
14 days notice of cancellation must be given otherwise the deposit will be forfeit.

Treatment Room
Rooms must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
Room to be vacated by 10pm
Care must be taken with the use of oils and candles as any spills or damage are the responsibility of the hirer.
CD/cassette player is available for use and any damage or mishandling is the responsibility of the hirer.
Malindi Centre will help to advertise availability of treatments and arrange bookings when requested.
