The day aims to provide a quiet, retreat- like atmosphere to encourage and focus on relaxation. It should leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated, ready for the days ahead. It will also help you to be more ‘in tune' with the needs of yourself and others.
Be guided through this day; allow your own feelings and intuitions to surface to help you to clear some of the ‘debris' of life as it may be at the moment.
A series of planned relaxation and meditation sessions will awaken your senses and you will become more aware of the fullness and richness of life.
The day will include the following sessions:
After introductions and aims of the day
will be a short meditation to still and calm the mind.
Colour Breathing Relaxation.
Spiral Sweep and Energy flow.
Walking meditation (outside if weather is fine)
Inspirational tape or cd.
Relaxation meditation.
Then time to go home, leaving as quietly as you can to preserve the peaceful energies you have acquired during your day.

Refreshment teas and coffee are provided.
Please bring a packed lunch for yourself.
Wear loose and comfortable clothes and suitable warm outdoor clothing for the walking meditation
Bring a blanket and/or mat and a cushion
