It will be seen as Christ saw it, as Buddha saw it and as Krishna saw it, AND OTHER GREAT PROPHETS. The word Spiritual will take on a meaning and definition by the practitioner that is by and large quite different from the orthodox Christian view.
The orthodox Christian view has only taught the outer crust of Christ's teachings, and in so doing, has missed the fundamental teaching of Christ, which was the contact with one's innermost Self through the practice of meditation. Unless one has experienced higher state of consciousness within oneself, and has integrated that consciousness into conscious daily life as positive personality patterns, they have little true frame of reference from which to teach or comment on spiritual truth, inclusive of so many spiritually blind religious fanatics.
Meditation then brings one to the most positive self-image of oneself. Through a multitude of meditational experiences of the innate spiritual level of one's mind. The student of meditation discovers life's innermost mysteries. The discovery of such mystery comes from contact meditation or mystical meditation.
The truth learned from uncovering such mysteries of self and life become the basis, psychologically and philosophically, for the techniques of control meditation or guided meditation that deals with success in one's outer life in the Metaphysical Science teaching of meditation.

How the Brain is Monitored
Every second trillions of neurons in your brain are firing their electrical impulses. Like most regular, repeated impulses in nature, these neuronal firings naturally organize themselves into rhythmical patterns, or waves.
Like all other waves, brain waves occur at varying speeds, or ‘ FREQUENCIES'. There are four frequencies of brain waves.
BETA WAVES are the most common brain waves, and they occur at the highest frequencies. We experience beta waves during our waking moments.
ALPHA WAVES are slower in frequency, and occur when we are in a mild state of relaxation. A lack of this brain wave indicates anxiety and stress.
THETA WAVES are about two to four times slower than beta waves, and reflect the meditative state, which lies between wakefulness and sleep. Often when people experience this wave they gain information in their subconscious mind. Become very creative and access their dreams. Theta brain waves combine a pleasant, relaxed feeling with extreme alertness.
DELTA WAVES occur when you are asleep; they are the slowest brain waves.
As you can see, the brain waves that offer the most potential for enhanced cognition are theta waves, the waves that come from meditation.

Mantras ; What they are and how they work
Over two thousand years ago, Patanjali set down his highly celebrated yoga sutras, which were designed to guide seekers to the highest state of awareness, known as SIDDHI consciousness. Patanjali is considered, by millions of people who have studied his yoga sutras, to be the greatest scientist of the inner world to have ever lived.
Patanjali offered this advice to students seeking the power of the highest state of consciousness; ‘REPEATE AND MEDITATE ON AUM ‘, Aum is a symbol for the universal sound of creation. Patanjali
explained that when the body is left, the mind disappears and what is heard is the sound of Aum. Repeating this word, the sound causes the disappearance of obstacles and an awakening of a new higher consciousness that is the creative force. When we practice this mantra we become the universal sound itself. The sound of a mantra is the sound of God and therefore brings you to the power of being the co-creator of you life. The act of creation itself is a sound. When understood and put to use, sound will heighten your awareness of the Siddhi consciousness within you.
In Reflection of the Self. Swami Muktananda gives these words to his devotes who desire to know more about the state of Siddhi consciousness.
With eyes brimming with love, sing His name.
All inner mysteries will be disclosed.
Every bird and plant, will reveal to you as Brahman.
The knowledge of Vedanta will manifest everywhere.
O dear one, Keep chanting Gods name
While sitting, or standing, or involved in the world
Never forget Him
Unite your mind with the Self.
He explained that these names for God have specific combination of inherently powerful syllables that have the ability to call forth the experience of God within us. Ancient sages vocalized the sounds vibrating in the different chacras of the body during meditation. Making these sounds aquaint us, perhaps for the first time, with the subtle God force within ourselves.

Prayer
The sense of peace, well-being, and spiritual understanding appears to be of tremendous value to those who experience it, One major study of prayer found that people who have a subjective sense of connection to God get more psychological support from that connection than from any other element in their lives, inclu
