There is also the question of the electromagnetic body. If we had the ability to ‘SEE' this field in detail .we would see a tremendously complicated communication system, performed at an extremely fast speed by means of electromagnetic waves and photos inside a cell, between a cell, between bodies and between the bodies and their surroundings, apart from the communication through nerve fibres, hormones and other molecules. Like wireless communications and the television system, the communication by electromagnetic fields carries much more information and has much wider channels than that through insulated nerve fibres and through the slow interaction between the surfaces of molecules. The communication within the electromagnetic body, therefore has a more profound and subtle influence on our bodies and health.
This field of energy has so far been neglected by biological and allopathic medicine, but may well be the thrust of biological science in the future. There may also be other fields of the body present which we have not discovered yet In Indian philosophy however there is the theory of the seven level of the body. The dense chemical body being only the first level of the seven. However at this point in time there is no clinical evidence that there are a further five fields, but we have already moved on from the understanding of the dense matter to the world of fields. The future will surely take us beyond this.
